Delivery and returns



The rules applied in normal times.

Once your order has been placed at Coca & Cavas, you will receive a confirmation email for the following cases:
* Receipt of the order and payment
* For any other email sent through the contact form, we guarantee a response within a maximum of 24 hours (during working hours from Monday to Friday from 9.30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.)
* We remind you that we can only process orders placed and paid for before 1 p.m. on the same day.
Shipping costs are free from 120 euros of purchases but only in France.
Returns:
The cases of returned defective goods accepted are:

* The product was delivered broken or damaged
* The product does not correspond to the order
* The material has suffered abnormal deterioration

If the product is in perfect condition and you want to return it to us, you have 15 days to do so. You must notify us at our Customer Service email: cocaexcellencecavas@gmail.com specifying your name, order number and reason for return.
You must send the product in the same condition that you received it, along with any other promotional material or freebies that may have been included, products must be in their original packaging and in good condition. nine.
You can send it back to the following address: Paris Rhum Club 12b rue de Béziers 93150 Le Blanc Mesnil, France postage paid or we can pick it up. The original postage costs, as well as the cost of retrieving the package (if we pick it up), will be deducted from the refund. Any changes to the original condition of the product or any lack of promotional material will void the refund.
