Tasha Wine highlights the artisanal know-how of Bordeaux winegrowers. In fact, the harvest is done by hand, which allows all the juice of the dried grapes made to be preserved: a blend of Merlot and Cabernet Franc. Once the grapes have been pressed, begin the second fermentation in the bottle following the addition of the liqueur made from cane sugar and yeast. Following this process, natural bubbles are formed during aging for a minimum of 9 months in the underground caves.
